Day 1 — Grounding Into the Present

 

Practice:

Sit comfortably. Place your hand on your heart. Inhale for 4 seconds, exhale for 6.

Repeat for 3 minutes.

 

Reflection:

What emotion is most active in me right now? Can I let it be here without judgment?

 

 

Day 2 — Clearing Mental Noise

 

Practice:

Write for 5 minutes nonstop. Whatever comes up — let it flow onto the page.

Tear the page or close the journal afterward. Release it.

 

Reflection:

What am I mentally holding that no longer serves me?

 

 

Day 3 — Returning to the Body

 

Practice:

Slow, intentional movement:

Stretch arms overhead

Roll your shoulders

Relax your jaw

Take 3 deep breaths into your belly

 

Reflection:

Where in my body do I feel tension? Can I soften it by 10%?

 

 

Day 4 — Heart Opening

 

Practice:

Place both hands over your chest.

Repeat this affirmation slowly:

 

“I am safe to feel. I am safe to open.”

 

Reflection:

What does my heart need today — comfort, love, release, honesty, or rest?

 

 

Day 5 — Inner Stillness

 

Practice:

Sit in silence for 3–5 minutes.

If thoughts arise, label them gently: thinking… thinking — then return to your breath.

 

Reflection:

When was the last time I felt peace? What did it feel like in my body?

 

 

Day 6 — Releasing What’s Heavy

 

Practice:

Close your eyes.

Imagine a soft light above your head gently dissolving stress, fear, or old emotions.

 

Breathe out anything heavy.

Breathe in softness.

 

Reflection:

What is ready to leave my life or my energy?

 

 

Day 7 — Reconnection & Renewal

 

Practice:

Write down 3 things you want to bring into your life over the next 30 days.

Read them aloud.

 

Reflection:

What small steps can I take this week to stay aligned with my clarity and peace?
